Latinas 413 is a Latina-led nonprofit rooted in Pittsfield, Massachusetts, on a mission to ignite the collective power of Latinas across Berkshire County. Through connection, celebration, and leadership, we build spaces where Latinas can thrive unapologetically. We are here to turn identity into strength and community into lasting change.

Latinas 413 is dedicated to igniting the collective power of Latinas, expanding their social and economic capital, and serving as a bridge to the resources available in Berkshire County. Our mission is to increase the representation of the voices, talents, and interests of Latinas across the region, ensuring they have the support and opportunities to thrive both personally and professionally.

Carmen Guevara Villalobos

COORDINATOR OF THE MENTORSHIP PROGRAM


Carmen graduated from Smith College, Psychology and Statistical Sciences. She was born in the beautiful country of El Salvador and moved to Massachusetts at the age of sixteen. 


Carmen is a first generation college student who wants to achieve her professional goals, while helping others who also want to embark on the path of education. She had a significant role as an advocate  for the Berkshire DA Office in the Child Abuse and Human Trafficking Unit. She is currently enrolled in Law school. 


The work that Carmen contributes to our community is of great importance and we are proud to have her as a mentor, friend and colleague.
